01
Built to last, not just launch
When our client introduced a new cloud-based project management tool for capital projects, they wanted more than a one-time training push―they needed something that would last. We created a suite of eLearning modules, job aids, and practical guides designed for reuse―supporting onboarding, role changes, and day-to-day work well beyond go-live. What they gained was a scalable learning approach that keeps working long after implementation, helping teams stay confident and capable as the organization evolves.
02
Smart strategy, right-sized spend
When our client prepared to launch a new estimating tool for their capital projects organization, they needed clarity on what change management would actually take. We conducted stakeholder interviews, captured lessons learned, and delivered a targeted assessment with clear recommendations―along with a catalog of options the client could scale uo or down based on budget and priorities. The path forward was clear, flexible, and right-sized―balancing impact with cost without sacrificing quality.

03

More than a name―it's a movement
Our client was rolling out a suite of transformational technologies and needed more than functionality―they needed an identity that would bring it all together. We led an exploratory workshop and guided a structured design process to build a cohesive story and full identity for the suite. From there, we developed templates, change and communications strategies, a SharePoint hub, and leadership toolkits to drive consistent messaging across the organization. We also established a clear RACI to support ongoing change and communications efforts. Now, the technology shows up as a unified, recognizable experience―one that people understand, talk about, and actually use.

06
New System, Old Habits? We fixed that.
Our client had a successful implementation but was surprised that employees were stuck in old processes...and even defeating the new system. We quickly diagnosed the challenges and helped to design and implement new ways of working with the teams-- by developing dashboards and teaching them to adjust work plans based on the previous day/week's data. Teams experienced productivity improvements of up to 60%, as well as vast improvements in morale and employee satisfaction.

07
Learning that keeps the lights on
Our client was implementing a critical Outage Management System, and we advised they pivot to role-based training that represented a "day in the life" view. We worked with the software vendor to create powerful Instructor Led Training courses for dispatchers & troubleshooters across a large utility-- we even stepped in to teach a few classes ourselves! For the lesser impacted employees, we created eLearns and an executive leader learning journey, complete with narrated videos.
08
Beyond the slide deck
When our client sought to educate their Board of Directors on recent and upcoming IT investments, we were engaged to create an immersive experience at their annual meeting. We designed a large display and used role-based videos to demonstrate the art of the possible.

09
Restarting Momentum, Rebuilding Trust
Our client came to us unsure of why a large work management implementation was struggling to gain momentum after go-live. Leaders were reluctant to bring more users into the new system, and the project team was overwhelmed by the delays and obstacles. Our team jumped in and built trust with the employees-- from the business, to IT and the project team. We were able to quickly diagnose the situation and make meaningful recommendations to get the project moving again.
